The 34th Annual Classic at Pismo Beach
May 31 – June 2, 2019

Each year, The Classic at Pismo Beach attracts people and cars from all over the United States, with some coming from as far away as Alaska and even Australia. Big 18-wheelers show up from companies like CarQuest Auto Parts, Mother’s Polish, GM Performance, Ford Motor Co., Budweiser, and many more. The show began in the early 80’s and continues to attract the hottest classic cars each year to this tiny, serene central coast city. Every summer, cars line the streets of this little beach town where spectators enjoy cool cars and great vendors.

This event has a strong connection with participants and fans, annually raising money for important causes and organizations such as the Folds of Honor Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, and the Pismo Beach K-9 Unit. Each year, Just Cruzin’ Life Foundation holds a live charity auction where the sounds of an auctioneer can be heard from afar as donated items like cars, engines, auto accessories, art, and much more are auctioned to raise money for these great causes.

The show happens the first weekend in June, is open to all makes and models of cars, and is free to the public. Judging for this event is peer-judging based on attention to detail, interior, engine compartment, undercarriage, etc. We also award a special “Gold Class” limited to the top ten best of the best. These are hand-picked and held to a higher standard.

There is much more fun to be had at the surrounding attractions like shopping in downtown Pismo Beach, wineries located just miles up the coast, and more. Come join us for a wonderful event. It’s one you won’t want to miss!

11:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Pre-Registration/Check In opens in Sponsor Lot

FRIDAY, MAY 31, 2019:
(City streets are not closed on Friday. Please obey ALL City parking regulations)
10::00 AM – 5:00 PM – Sponsors Open in Sponsor Lot
10:00am-6:00 PM Vendors open in Vendor Lot.
*9:30am is a MANDATORY meeting for all Vendors.
Vendors include major sponsors, food, retail items, clothing, auto related products, specialty items, fair style food and much more!
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Beer gardens open in both lots
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Check-In for 2019 Registration opens in Sponsor Lot.
1pm-5pm – Pre- Registration Open ONLY

SATURDAY, JUNE 1, 2019:
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Vendors open in both lots 9:00 AM – Show and Shine Begins. This is assigned parking for all participants. Please have your vehicles ready to be judged with hoods open. Please be in your space by 9 am; no car entry allowed after this time. (No exceptions) Vehicles must stay static in their spaces until 4:30pm to ensure public safety. No early departures for vehicles in closed show areas or you will be banned from future shows.
10:00 AM – Opening Ceremony w/ Color Guard. Beer gardens open in both Lots.
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Live music (Bodie) in the Sponsor Lot
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Charity Auction,
3:30-7:00 PM – Live Band (Bodie) Vendor Lot near Beer Garden will be DJ (Body Drop)
4:00 PM – Show and Shine ends. Vehicles who wish to leave may begin doing so.
5:30 PM – Staging for cruise begins (Price / Hinds)
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Official Classic at Pismo Beach Cruise begins on Price St (Staging at 5:30 pm)

SUNDAY, JUNE 2, 2019
9:00 AM – Show and Shine Begins. Cars in assigned spaces by 9:00 AM. After 9:15 AM all open spaces will be filled. Please park legally if parking outside of the closed show area and obey all parking signs, meters, etc.
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Vendors open in both lots
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Beer Gardens open in both Lots
10:30 AM-12:00 PM – Live Music (Bodie) from
12:00 PM – Awards Ceremony in the Sponsor
2:00 PM-4:30 PM – Live Music in Sponsor Lot/ DJ (Body Drop) 11-4pm.
5:00 PM – See you next year!
